Thank you so much May for hosting the Career Mastery™ Kickstart summit every year. This is my 3rd year attending the Career Mastery™ Kickstart summit and I learn so much from attending it.
So in learning about co creating, co-elevation, or going higher together, I thought a grate way to start will be sending a link to Career Mastery™ Kickstart 2021 to all my teammates to attend the online summit. So we can learn to move from “overload to share growth”. Very informative session and Keith Ferrazzi was good in communicating his idea,
Thanks for being a loyal follower of Career Mastery™ Kickstart and more importantly, investing in yourself!
It’s definitely a great way to co-elevate by sending a link to all your teammates and share the wealth of actionable ideas. And yes, I’m a big fan of Keith too.
A simply but effective action! I already know who my co-elevator is!!
Thank you.
Wow, excellent insights and guidance to put into practice. I’m a collaborative leader by nature but listening to this talk I realize I am not bringing other team members into shared work goals like I did in the past. Thank you for sharing your experience Keith!
Co-elevating partnership is a great tool, personally it’s a sanity check for me.
The real challenge is to find the best comrade or life coach.
Thank you so much Mr. Ferrazi
Kudos to May too !
Definitely enjoyed the Tip & Interview. Up until yesterday I was discussing with my boss how will I get buy-in from my team. As I am a task -oriented leader, I achieve great results but my team is not really enjoying their roles or going the extra mile. By doing that, I’m only creating silos and focusing on individualism. The next action for me is then to co-create with my team, to create vision and find the synergies that will make us all better but also bring the energy back into the team by coaching each other and getting people to share ideas. Thanks and looking forward to the new book!
Sounds like Keith’s Tip & Interview are well-timed – love that you will co-create with your team. You are on the way to being a great leader! Keep going!
Thank you so much for this concept. Co-Elevating seems natural and easy to follow as you already have you mind set on what you want to do, so why not support/elevate and be supported/elevated by a colleague of your choice, that follows the same mind set.
Wow – feeling empowered that I together with others can impact the future of every aspect of our lives, both personal and work, through collaboration and co-elevation. This will be much more satisfying and suggests that we can have shape and have some control over the future – something that is seriously missing in these coronavirus pandemic days. Feeling much more optimistic now. Thank you.
So glad you’re feeling more optimistic and empowered now, Jayne. Yes, you can shape your future…even in these times. And maybe it’s especially important in these times.
Good tip and thanks.
Thnak you for laying out this concept in plain light! I truly believe that there’s always room for improvement – whether it be in business or personal practices. At times, the concept of continuous improvement is not always shared with our superiors, and that may slow us down. But this shouldn’t get in the way of continuing to better ourselves, and showing that we have value. I have my co-elevating partner already enlisted, and we are working together to improve a business process at work. It is a truly motivating initiative!
This one talk was worth every penny of the all access pass for me. Thank you!
Awesome, Jackie!
What I love about Mr. Ferrazzi is his no BS approach to business transformation. Businesses must now transition out of the status quo and part of that is wading out of the BS processes and strategies that create negative culture through silos and old school leadership approaches. I’m excited to read his book and become a stronger Sherpa!
My take home message and take immediate action now and in future: Lead with “Serve, Share and Care”.
Thank you.
“A chiropractic adjustment to the mind”! Love that, we all need it from time to time. Great discussion, thank you!
This is a good tip and engagement skill to hone, especially when there’s a lot of movement and or change within an organization. Thank you for sharing.
Don’t ever be ordinary. Be exceptional and decide you’re going to personally try to transform the word around you. It’s all on you. Thank You, it’s so powerful.
Love this! I always say, “all ships rise together in the tide”. We can all benefit from lifting each other up. Co-elevating, being in proximity to like minded individuals who are driven, actively pursuing their dreams is both inspiring and educational. Thank you for the reminder.
For me the key take home is leadership is not about being great, but how to make the team great; so as not to create a silo effect. He also spoke about getting team members to cheer on one another which is absolutely great
Having the boldness & vulnerability to ask others for help in achieving your vision might/will be the way you can elevate yourself as well as the person who is helping you. And you have the opportunity to help them. Together you win.
An excellent tip and compass as I start a new job next week! I already have my eyes on someone who could be my co-elevator. I would love to learn more about the process – I guess I’ll buy the book!
This really resonated with me. I have been in similar situations as the HR person and this gave me new perspective and how I can make a change.
Thank you. Co-elevation –> reciprocity — > meaningful change for individuals, organizations and beyond.
Co-elevating is great term for non-hierarchical leadership in everyday interactions. Hearing the tip made me recognize that it takes vulnerability and trust to articulate how to grow stronger together.
How inspired I feel after this short message! The concept of co-elevation enables a powerhouse of progress and innovation and I can’t wait to get started. I have a great partner in mind and look forward to making a difference and busting down the glass ceilings #CMK2021
Great message and very powerful tip. Lead with “Serve, Share and Care”.
Co-elevation reminds me of interdependence where each person contributes what they have and allow others to do the same. As we choose interdependence in our relationships, we choose to accept who and what we are and who and what we are well as who and what others are and are not. Joined together we create stronger teams!
Loved the conversation! co-creation, co-elevation, and be transformational (not only incremental).
Beliving in the power of dreams and see the world through the lens of abundance, not scarcity. Thank you, Keith and May for the inspiration and great value conversation. My focus this year is to develop my career as an executive and team coach. All the ideas shared connected a lot with my way of thinking and the work I want to develop.
Titles are “needed” as part of an organization but it is imperative that we remember that leadership has nothing to do with titles. The biggest insight for me was the fact that no matter how “high” we are in our position (as a professional) there is always room for opportunity to grow; we must never lose sight of that small detail.
Powerful… so powerful….
“Lead with curiosity. Lead with humility. Lead with an invitation. Lead with propping people up. Lead with service and generosity. Lead with making that person want to spend time with you (open the porosity). Don’t be the victim. Lead with openness. Create community and serve your community.”
Thank you for offering this week-long summit! I often feel left out and that my suggestions are not heard. I am inspired to put more effort into leading without authority. Thank you!
What a great perspective on leading, whether or not you actually have authority! The ideas Keith offers can be put into action by anyone at any level of an organization. Thank you for the insights – I now feel confident in exercising and developing my leadership skills.
